Well, I guess the other things in the same sentence you claimed as "indisputable facts" also similarly being nothing but personal opinions would apply as well. Learn the meaning of a fact vs. an opinion, and you'll get taken more seriously. Or, continue to spout nonsense, and then wonder why the dev team continues ignoring you. *Shrugs* Either way, I'll be happy playing my healer while you continue tilting at windmills.
So anything you don't like is a subjective opinion, glad we could clear that up.

    Moving on.

And 3 dpses that know there rotation well can skip alot of mechanics. Imagine striking over a dungeon the most casual of casual content
You don’t even read the OP lmao.

You didn't even read the opening post, so your opinion quite literally doesn't matter.

All the changes from Shadowbringers onwards were absolutely unnecessary for accessibility, they didn't increase accessibility with those changes, they instead reduced skill expression significantly. Now we're stuck with 19 (soon 21) jobs with only 1 possible way to play without being wrong.

I guess the only people who benefits from all this is the group of people who want to touch the ceiling without putting in the effort of climbing a ladder.
Yeah, the over-concern for accessibility is bad, and accessibility is something no one complains about. No one says the game is hard to pick up, or too many jobs are difficult to pick up.
This is in part because the game does not challenge you, so it does not teach you how to play the game. You don't learn how to play the game by playing it because they made it so easy. So people get to level 90 and get fully geared and raiders complain about the lack of healers, and specifically the lack of skilled healers entering savage.

Yoship has actually also acknowledged the lack of healer participation in raids in endwalker. And also on top of this this raid tier has issues in itself too being unfun.

Everyone's opinion matters. At the end of the day there are going to be people who support this strike and people who don't. I personally will be maining healer, as I always do, for this expansion. If things change eventually, so be it. If they don't? I'll still enjoy the amazing game and the people I play it with. I understand why people are upset but me personally? It doesn't bother me. I've played so many MMOs in my years of being on the internet. There is only one that truly stole my heart and nothing will compare.. and thats FFXI Online! The healing in that game, for those of you who've never played it, was amazing! Very challenging, especially at end game. (And I'm talking about when the cap was 75)

Anyway! Dawntrail comes out in a day, so I hope everyone enjoys it. Healing or striking, I wish you all the best! <3

Not only is the difficulty curve all kinds of messed up due to the over-accessibility of the game and jobs, I have to ask why does every job have to be accessible to everyone?

This game has the advantage of allowing the player to swap to any job without starting a brand new character. So why does it matter if some jobs are a little more inaccessible to the average player? Why is it so imperative to make every job simple so that everyone can play all 19 (soon 21) jobs?

1 - It's clearly obvious the devs wants to section out a particular part of the game for it's high level of difficulty. While having the game at it's core accessible for as many people as possible. That's clearly a mission statement and would not change any more than WoW diverging from it's core dynamics.

Yes, we are also complaining about how they have diverged from their original mission statement after the 1.0 nuke where they said things like realizing they need to prioritize hearing player feedback and that fun is the objective. So enjoy either cutscene simulator or studying for savage raids. I'll play something else.

2 - This toxic behavior is constantly seen from the "get gud" who demands higher levels of difficulty for their enjoyment while demeaning those who enjoy a more casual experience.

I enjoy a more casual experience. I am a filthy casual scrub who plays roulettes. I don't want high difficulty, I want *any* difficulty at all. Some amount of skill has to be expected at lvl 50, 70, 90 and so on.

3 - The changes reflected here would apply to all 3 categories (European, American, and Japanese.) Unless this feedback was given from the three different locations, there's no way they're going to adjust the content to fit a small vocal minority in one demographic location.

No, only unless feedback is given from the Japanese demographic will any feedback be considered. In fact, if all three voiced the same concerns, it would take away and reduce the credibility of the Japanese opinion to the devs.

4 - Forums in general are mostly a place where people go to criticize content. If the feedback was as massive as some give credence too, we would be seeing these changes with dawntrails. Instead, we see the opposite with even more damage migitation given to tanks. This clearly gives the impression that there is more feedback being given that tanks are too squishy and need more self protection.
Also no. In 1.0 squex actually disabled and hid the forums due to the massive negative feedback instead of addressing it or considering it. It was a year or so later when any plans for changes were announced.
The idea that "everything is the way most people want it" is very... first order thinking, to be polite.

And has Squex disabled the forums now? No. Is this conversation being seen in the japanese or french thread, No. After the 100's of pages seen here, has Square went the exact opposite direction in Dawn Trail, yes. Also, I have never said that everything is the way most people want it. You're attempting to put words into a statement instead of acknowledging what's actually being said.

Sure, I also wouldn't want to read 527 pages of repeated arguments or common talking points, but at the very least read the OP.

Healers have been neglected for 3 expansions now and this needs to be rectified with the following:
    1. An engaging DPS kit beyond a nuke and DoT.
    2. Increased incoming damage so we have more to heal.
    3. Distinctive playstyles amongst the healers.
    4. Some nerfs to non-healer heals, we shouldn't be replaceable.

I love how even when Gemina edit her OP to list the important "please read first"-links, of course some naysayers still gloss over that.

I wouldn't be surprised if one of the actual reason SE babify the role is because they perceive a large portion of playerbase being unable to read lol.
