Are you seriously asking if 1-2-3 plus burst windows where you press different buttons is more engaging? Yes. Of course it is.
We're not even asking for something like that. We just want to do anything other than spam Broil.
Tanks can be distracted by their rotations, and just not do their jobs right too, you know. DPS can stand in mechanics because they're too hard-focused on their hotbars. Why should healers be the only one that needs everything except two buttons taken away so they don't have a chance of not healing.
Also, what's to stop the new player from just not doing their damaging rotation right instead of not doing the healing right. I know I do this all the time, where I'll get my rotation wrong just to do a mechanic properly when still learning the fight. I already do this on healer by letting my DoT drift.
We definitely don't need something like Wildfire + Hypercharge that pretty much locks you in to doing that for the next eight seconds. If a healer needs to stop damaging to get everyone standing and healthy again, then that shouldn't be discouraged.
I'd put an example for what I think would be a good rotation, but a lot of other people already have if you've been watching through this thread.
