    Exactly! This fear healers are focusing on dps rather than health bars is so deeply entrenched that it affects all CBU3's decision making about healers, even when the data doesn't support their conclusions. In short, the devs are in an ivory tower and only listening to themselves rather than the feedback the game and its players are providing them.

    Ultimately, that's why so many healers are unhappy. Years of feedback have been discounted because of Yoshi and his team made up their minds before listening to even one message from someone who actually plays a healer in the game.

    Ultimately if they are unable or unwilling to make the actual act of healing the party interesting, they have to give healers better DPS buttons.

    I don't necessarily agree that the healer role should become damage focused, but the fact of the matter is that it is and if they aren't changing that it may as well not be one button spam.

    There are ways to please/reach them both!
    By making the healer jobs different from one another regarding dps complexity/+buttons..
    But they will need raise the healing requirements too, to please the other group..

    All we're asking here is for something else to do during phases where little to no healing is expected. Pressing a filler spell 12 times, then renewing the dot is boring. Furthermore, our healing kit is plenty but even the hardest of content is not able to make full use of it.

    If anything, the haters/gaslighters/elitist are the ones who turn this thread into what it is today. To them, healer mains should remain doormats, tools for their enjoyment, nothing more. Just look at the tags.. And the threads popping out to mock this thread? Heck someone even made a google docs of all the people participating in this strike and got their logs.. for what reason?

    Point A: I don't think that the manifesto in the first page is the problem. It is more on the negative connotation of the word strike.
    Point B: It is also clear in the manifesto on the proposed changes to be made.

    Finally, all of these had been said for more than 4 years already. We've just had enough.

    Regarding statistics for example on the relics.
    I personally think these were the most successfull relics till now and yet yoshida promised changes to them so I think feedback is as important as statistics to them.

    friends, the forum is not the only way to provide feedback lol you can contact them through the website or in game as well. when those systems become flooded with feedback of a particular nature , they will take notice. rather than an overlooked english forum full of trolls and people who think threads are debate sections and not feedback to the developer sections
