Edit:
If you want to argue not spamming res on someone should be a reportable offense, not doing DPS by being constantly dead should also be a reportable offense.
Wouldn’t it be more like a dps standing around refusing to press their buttons? I mean, if they’re constantly dead they’re literally incapable of doing damage, so it may not be a conscious choice. Again, that’s assuming they’re not doing things like intentionally throwing themselves into aoes or the like, then they’re just trolling.

And I mean, whether or not it’s a ‘reportable offense’ is really up to the moderators. But I’d like to hope they’d consider the context in any case. I’d say it’s more of a playstyle thing than anything.

Plus isn’t there that thing about ‘lethargic play’? If you’re like, healing so much you don’t have the MP/GCDs to cast Resurrection etc then nobody could reasonably try to report you for not immediately reviving them. But if you’re just spamming Glare standing over their dead body with a near-full MP bar, I don’t see why there’d be any reason not to Raise someone, even if they had died a load of times. I mean, it’s only 1 GCD worth of dps potency loss if you have Swiftcast.

Not to say that ‘refusing to raise someone’ should start being an actual reportable offense, just that it’s not how I personally approach the situation
