I get that you don't feel needed from the Paladins being "blue healers" like Warriors, but what you are asking from them is unreasonable. Requiescat or their upgraded version Imperator procs their hard hitting spell combo. They got it last expansion during Endwalker because they needed to have burst damage of some sort to be considered for the 2 minute meta. By asking them not to pop Requiescat, you are also asking them to deal bad damage compared to the other tanks. If you are only talking about Clemency spam at 90% HP, then I would sympathize more with your case.

MK4 is just to hard. I have seen all the streams saying DT raids are not to hard and just get GUD, but I have 3 alts doing MK4 3 times a week and I can't get it right .... the phase where 1/4th of the room is left and we have to go back and forth is impossible ... Can anyone provide any tips ..I'm so lost on it and I play healer and when the healer dies it's game over .. I need help. (cries)

Stand right below the boss. Look at her cannon and move to the opposite of wherever she is firing. I'm personally not a huge fan of "memory test" mechanics like that but it's doable.

The mistake I see most people make there is move too far and then not have enough time to get to the other side.

They're not complaining about Requiescat. They're complaining about them wasting it on Clemency.

they use Requiescat to heal themselves instead of doing damage.
Using Requiescat to clemency or just use clemency in general.

It was a bit confusing since the spell damage combo also heals the PLD. Maybe not as much as Clemency would, but it's still decent enough to keep their HP stabilized.

how did you come to that conclusion?
They use Requiescat to instant cast clemency instead of holy spirit or holy circle.
