They avoid tank/healer jobs in roulette not cause of them being too hard or difficult or too easy but the fact that they are "responsible", now sprinkle in that they also have to do dps(even if juts 1 button or few flashy spell animations). And before you scream"but healing is braindead easy anyway". Again look from your average joe who wants to give it a shot. I also was a bit scared to try out my first tanking runs in FFXIV and WoW out of fear being responsible for the route, pulling and staying alive. Now ofc when you got some confidence, it is considered "easy".
