You've correctly cited a bunch of small issues where a healer experience is concerned, but at the end of the day, they all add up. Leveling SCH nearly put me to sleep.
Regarding what they care or dont. My point being, few people will actively seek out venues to express their opinions. Hence the name silent majority. They will simply continue to play the game till they stop due to not having fun anymore or for whatever other reason and just unsub. Maybe at best fill out some unsub survey form and etc.
So does the silent majority fully support the strikers ideology? Are against it? Indiferent? Or fractured into many factions as well? I dont know and I think nobody does(if somebody wants to claim otherwise, please provide the survey data as well).
Hence SE has to be careful with them. If they make something which a fraction of them doesn't like. They wont voice their dissatisfaction..they will simply...quit.
