The "give" is that we're not playing a Healer role - which is going to be in high demand in a week and change. You'll still have Healers, but they may not be that good depending on the skill level of your healer. Let alone, it's not the first time we've had instant changes in a whole patch. Warrior is the only job that has gotten ability changes mid-expansion, namely to Shake it Off. PLD got reworked to fit the WAR paradigm that has cannibalized everything a Tank represents. If they're going to change anything? They need to start with healers since they've been hurt the most by the changes since Shadowbringers.
