    I never said it would deter bad play FF 11 has a death penalty and it doesn't stop bad play. ok what i think you trying to say about the sp to hp % loss thing is you can get by it by just killing lower level mobs in a large quantity but this is its own punishment it gonna take your much longer to rank up and if your dying to them which means your no good at your class you'll be useless in any content, players wont want to carry you though the game, you'll have no friends, you'll just have an all around bad time playing and you'll quit. thing is too your looking at it as a viable option but when your looking at a 50k tnr at 50 sp a kill its a real put off. also the system i'm talking about is already in the game.
