New Genders: Miqo'te Male, Roegadyn Female, Highlander Female?

I recall something was mentioned a long while ago regarding the devs were planning to add in the missing genders for each race. But it's also got me curious on a few things:

1.) Will these genders be playable? It took awhile but the Mithra male was eventually introduced into FINAL FANTASY XI, yet only as an NPC. I'm not certain if it was confirmed if we will be seeing the missing genders added as playable options later on.

2.) When they are added in and if they are available to players to start as will there be a service to allow players to change their current character into one of these new gender choices? Several other MMOs offer this at a price which I know I myself would gladly pay.

3.) If they are to be added in is there any timeline we may see them? I expect these to be at the very bottom of the to do list and might not even be added in until Playstation 3 release which is perfectly okay.

4.) Will any special lore be introduced with the release of these gender choices? Miqo'te males are supposed to be according to the character creation, very anti-social towards others. What may make them suddenly seek out adventure in Eorzea?

In all honesty, I would love for the implementation of playable missing genders. With the coming of Limsa's general (a female Roe) I think we are a step closer.

What was mentioned from the Devs was their surprise at the community's interest in the other genders. I believe they said if it ever became available for play they would consider a one time remake. I think that was the extent of it.

Yeah this has been resolved pretty thoroughly, expect them to come out with the PS3 version.
