I kinda wanna be more of a support as well. Bring back conjurer, replace skill speed in the bard exclusive gear with mind. Let me help heal and esuna party members when needed and what not. Seems like the bard in the opening movie can do just that
Honestly, standing still for three seconds is one of the worst ideas I've ever heard, borrowed or not. If you want to play support, go white mage or scholar.
