    At the end of the day this is only coming about due to the fact that BRD's can easymode Titan, which gives a false impression on what the endgame is really about. Too many people fail at titan, therefore want an easy fix or someone to blame. How many fights in coil require lots of movement? Therefore BRD's mediocre DPS against other classes is shown fully. Therefore being taken as a silence or used for songs (Which will decrease the more geared people are) will not be needed.

    Have you played a bard in coil or titan hm? Turn 2 is probably slightly harder for melee as far as positional work, but then again brds have to keep track of silences so it evens out.

    One thing I would change, for you monk types, is I would make your silence just an off GCD ability, put it on a 30 second CD, and give it a 15 yalm range. Call it something like ninja star.

    Since myself is a Bard main, and have played Ranger to lvl 99 in FFXI i feel really if they want to nerf bards damage they could just put in the same thing ranger had in FFXI.

    This was you do less damge depending on how far away you were to the target and you had to find the "Sweet Spot" as they used to call it to gain max damage output.

    I feel that this is all they would have to do, as staying in the "Sweet Spot" would be hard for bards especially in Titan where you are constantly moving and dodging.

    Not a bad idea but I think I prefer Incrased action damage I and II only working if you stand still for atleast 3 seconds and instantly lose the benefit if you move

    Put a cast time on heavy shot and raise the damage it does slightly. Damage nerf to mobility while bringing them closer to the dps of other classes.

    No thanks, don't wanna play WoW hunter all over again even though I borrowed that idea about Increased action damage from a talent tree.

    I kinda wanna be more of a support as well. Bring back conjurer, replace skill speed in the bard exclusive gear with mind. Let me help heal and esuna party members when needed and what not. Seems like the bard in the opening movie can do just that

    It was obvious since phase 3 that archer was OP.

    I like pick the class that makes me closest to being invincible and archer was definitely it. It's a bit amusing how long it took for others to realize this.
