Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if one day they gave us 2nd charge of swiftcast because apparently having to hardcast raise is somehow a bane to their existence.

Honestly, a 2nd charge of Swiftcast would probably improve the PF experience, most healers seem to be allergic to casting a spell that takes longer than 3 seconds. I've seen a fair share of parties wipe because both healers decide that it's more important to spam their fillers for 26 seconds and then wipe to the incoming body check rather than spend 8 out of those 26 entirely free seconds to raise the one dead person.

Regarding the caster raises though, the only offensive thing I find about it is when they choose to lose damage to raise when it's the first death in the fight and both healers still have Swiftcast up. Always let the healers raise first unless it's one/both healer(s) that died.

It's kinda weird. I've met quite a few healers in the past that refused to raise, when i was on RDM, because somehow that's "my" job.
When a) it costs me a GCD, b) costs me mana gain and c) it's still a non trivial chunk of MP.

Friend of mine had co-healer in savage prog(pf), who refuced to use global-heals/heal cds/ress because it was dps los...x.x
(Apparently some healers think that their "dps" matters more , than actual dps)
