I mean this is a fun thread you get non healer players who never go to the healer section of the forums come in here to talk about a role they don't care nor know anything about. It's just really funny.
Two thoughts:
Fusefield requires some modicum of heal CD planning at min ilvl. Cannons to a lesser extent so.
Everything else is a borefest that can be solved without even planning your heal and mit oGCDs. And most of the checks are still mit checks.
Their encounter design team is quite obviously no longer designing for a trinity. They're designing for 8 players dancing through a script. Split into 2 groups of 4 called Team A and Team B that group together or pair up in different ways to solve mechanics.
Modern trinity survives not by the grace of tankbusters or heal checks but by the grace of light party stacks and pair stacks.
I guess the green river is real

Does this happen on NA PF as well?
Yeah, there are 2 mechanics on the whole tier that are "harder" to heal. Two thoughts:

Modern trinity survives by the grace of "you can't queue without a healer if you're not a full party", M1S & M4S (and probably M2S, but I haven't heard about it) have been cleared week 1/2 without healers. For stacks and pairs you can play 4 tanks and effectively resolve every mechanics (we could even argue 3 tanks and 1 dps having to adjust when it is debuff related).
However, I wouldn't be surprised if in a near future, SE would create a new dichotomy : "DPS & Supports", and healers would be grouped with tanks under "Supports", and you would be able to queue with 1-2 tanks + 0-1 healer for small party, and 2-4 tanks + 0-2 healers for full party.
And people keep falsely proclaiming that "JP loves modern healers!", well why are they having this problem then?I guess the green river is real

Read the comments in the linked thread, JP is complaining that healing is too hard.
What Yoshi-P is supposed to do in such situation and with such feedback?
I feel like there are fundamental differences of what people want from the role that cannot be easily reconciled.
Having played on JP for 9 years, no, they're not complaining that healing is too hard. They're complaining that a lot of healers are unable to handle the healing in PF parties.Read the comments in the linked thread, JP is complaining that healing is too hard.

There's a big difference between "healing is too hard" and "a lot of healers are bad at healing".
