People should be careful about telling healers to unsub. As someone who plays WOW, throughout Dragonflight(the current expansion) there was a significant healer shortage for mythic plus and to a lesser extent raids(end game dungeon content for those who know) for a good amount of two seasons. It was due to healers bearing the brunt of the changes they introduced to mythic plus content and becoming overwhelmed. You had people begging for healers for several months to join their keys and the healers who remained were far grumpier than usual we usually are because of it.

Things became better later on but point being don't ignore healers too much, it doesn't end well.

No one you mentioned is worst than the current status of healers and tanks

No black mage is worse by far. I don't even think its playable in ucob or uwu anymore, the healers might be boring but you won't ever run the risk of running out of mana completely.

Open world gameplay isn't even part of the strike.
And even so I fully support the strike and still play open world healer for friends and FC Mates. :/

This will not convince SE in my opinion, this goes against their paramount goal of overall player retention and majority rule. You would have to convince SE the floor won't move or the floor would clearly increase before they will consider moving the ceiling up.

You're arguing from the pretense that all the healers fed up with how boring healing is in the current game leaving the role entirely wouldn't be as damaging as simply returning complexity to the healer role.

But your stance isn't provable at all. You don't know how many people wouldn't be able to cope with any changes, you don't know how many people would leave the role from any changes, your argument has no basis because the people you speak for have not spoken for themselves.

Meanwhile, we can see many healers here choosing to completely leave the role. We are seeing the healer role bleed players because of boredom. Our argument has a basis that is plain for all to see.

Expert queues are long and most healers in it don't know how to use half their kit. Seems like lots of healer mains have quit on my data center at least.

Sat in queue for about 15 minutes as a tank. Got a healer who couldn't stop standing in stuff and dying. Cleared slightly slower than a Trust run. That's about how it's going so far.
