No that is just your own projections. People are free to organize a peaceful protest when they want, without following arbitrary rules set by people who disagree with the protest.

and what is left of healers to give up? I mean nothing is really left for healers to give up anymore not after stormblood ended What else are healers suppose to give up? Im ceriuouse what is there left for them to sacrifice, healers have lost everything for the sake of everything else since stormblood ended
