You know it occurs to me that the devs already have multiple solutions to the issues in the game. What do I mean?

Well sage for example. Double eukrasian dyskrasia’s potency and halve its duration. Reduce psyche’s cooldown to 20 seconds, let me store two charges, and reduce its potency to compensate.

SCH- make baneful impaction a regular spell, make it last 12 seconds, and (if they want to go crazy) make ED free during chain strat.

WHM- make glare 4 its own button, give me one use of it for every 3 G3 casts, grant me 3 charges upon using presence. While we’re at it give Dia a cast time and throw in thundercloud.

AST- idfk.

Do above and make each fight’s damage profile similar to barbarricia’s and everyone wins. The people who like easy content needn’t try harder to do normal. The people who do normal but want it to be more engaging have more to optimize. The people who want healers to heal more have their wish as well.

Everything I’ve suggested literally already exists in the game’s code. Literally.

Sounds like turning Energy Drain into Continuation. I'd be all for that. It sounds really fun to be weaving energy drains for 10 seconds.
Not sure about the numbers off the top of my head, but that might actually give a normal rotational use for Ruin 2 as it gives you two weaving spots as opposed to Broil's 1.
