The alleged silent majority should get involved and give feedback if they have an opinion. By leaving it up to the powers that be (the sample(s) who are speaking), they're taking a risk. Maybe someday they will sign up on these forums to protest changes they may not like as a result of the strike. But they aren't here right now.

This kind of thing happens all the time. Absolutely no one i know asked for the BLM rework and it has literal functional problems that need to be addressed for the final launch. People got on the forum to respond. That's the circle of life for this game.

We can't know how the masses will respond until we actually do something. If we stopped and said "won't you think of the mains who are happy", no changes would ever occur. They can occur and they have occurred.

There is an issue in this thought process and logic as well. It is wrong to assume the silent majority even represents the healer role to begin with, as most people do not play the healer role. Second, it is also wrong to assume some people from said silent majority do not also carry such issues as the ones posted because they are in fact, "silent", even should they be against the issues brought up, and they speak up, they are no longer silent and thus are not part of the "silent" majority (the issue in that argument). The silent majority argument has been argued even over on the Japanese forum, and even then some of them agree it is not worth pandering to that group of people. Why? Because there isn't a way to survey everyone on this topic, could there be a way made, sure, but atm that doesn't exist. Thirdly, the silent majority argument is used unfaithfully because again there are just no numbers to support one way or another, when it is used, it is used to garner favor for a personal outlook or favor; or it is used against something the person disagrees with.
