Brother you literally said this just a few posts ago:I did not write that. Stop twisting my words. Cheating and Wintrading actually started to increase heavily with season 5 and when CC started, Season 1 was already full of Cheaters. Thats why i didnt bother with other CC Seasons after reaching the highest Tier in the first CC Season. Also the Rewards are all the Same every Season now.
There was ONE Group that did that in Solo Feast Queue when i played in the Top 100 and those got suspended.
I worked my Butt off to get to that reward. I played PvP before in every Game but that reward gave me incentive to try ranked. It is not my fault that ONE Group was Wintrading in Season 1 and 2.
You can blame the rank system for why you're seeing this. No meaningful rewards for being at the top and a system meant to reward good players with faster queue times and punish bad players with longer queue times or losing the ability to find matches altogether creating an experience diff in the process. Rank system been needed to be torn down and rebuild from the ground up. I have respect for those that has played and managed to hold the top spots for the entire expansion for the sake of doing so. However, I can only imagine how bored and unmotivated they're starting to get now. The incentive is not there.Ranked matches across mostly NA/EU is either alt between each dc or the same 30-40 people in high rank. The mode is constantly on life support outside of casual. Unless coordinated attempts via discord servers happen, the mode doesn't even pop for high rank. It already basically dead most seasons.
You do you but when I use my old feast wheelchair mounts in popular areas, I get about one /tell every two instances. This includes stuff like bozja/diadem where a bunch of people gather, hunt trains, and patches where quests cause people to be in the same area.If you think someone else getting a shiny item that you also have ruins your achievement, that's entirely on you.
And you're right, they don't give a damn how hard you worked for it or how much you practised. Why should they? Why should literally anyone care about your accomplishments? Do you expect people to approach you and send you /tells about how cool you are? There is no fanfare when I equip rewards I've gotten from challenging stuff in-game, and there shouldn't be. It's for me. To see that I did it and be proud of it every time I look at my character or title.
You want the reward just as much as they do, but since you have it you want it to be restricted to artificially increase its value. You don't care about the work you put in either it seems, only that you can wave around something that no one else is impressed by.
I don't wear the pvp gear cause I personally don't like their look, but I see pvp streamers get asked once every few days what is the gear they're wearing on stream too.
Nobody every asks about ultimate relics or other big titles and such, because everyone has them nowadays.
So you saying nobody is impressed is just a bit of cope from people who don't have these rewards (please don't take that offensively, not a jab at you directly).

Asking what it is and being impressed by it are two different things. And the fact that you mentioned ultimate weapons and other titles that people don't get messages about just proves my point. You do you but when I use my old feast wheelchair mounts in popular areas, I get about one /tell every two instances. Also how can you say that it's cope but also not a jab at me directly. I'm the one that said it. Either stand by what you said or don't.
Might want to articulate your point better, lest people think you're backpedaling. Hurts your integrity and the points you're trying to make.

Ranked competitive gameplay should not be treated as everyday content that all players can get rewards for. Elite players should be rewarded. The issue lies in the focus of your request. Rather than advocating for inclusive rewards that recognize a broader range of skill levels, the emphasis seems to be on rewards tailored exclusively for the top echelon of players. This overlooks the opportunity to acknowledge and reward skill across a wider spectrum, leaving even capable players who may fall slightly short without recognition. Essentially, you're suggesting that developers allocate time and resources toward creating exclusive rewards, which inevitably become disproportionately distributed among a small elite group of players. Exclusive rewards are understandable in a tournament setting with high competitive stakes. However, applying this model to everyday content seems out of place and doesn't align with the typical player experience.
And I'm saying that as a player who is not that skilled by any means, if they add new top 10 rewards I'll probably never get them. If they add week 1 clear rewards, or 1st place competition rewards, or whatever, I'll never get any of that. And frankly that should be perfectly ok.
Right now the situation is that there was a first place ribbon given out, and not only do the people in last place who already got a shiny participation ribbon think they should be able to be able to get a 1st place ribbon too, but the people sitting on the bench and anyone else who didn't even participate also wants to be able to get one.

Brother they ask and say it's cool. That's being impressed. I'm not sure what your point is about ultimate weapons then, explain?
I meant that as everyone is coping, not just you personally. I have no idea if you have the reward already or not. If you want me to stand by something, I personally think you do not deserve the reward if you are not skilled enough. So are you skilled enough?
