Give Warrior the Dark Knight treatment in regards to Bloodwhetting

The 2 minute meta, just like the raid-wide hit boxes need to go. Positioning bosses nowadays as tank is near non-existent. Likewise, the tanks getting burst phases compounds the problem of making the game even harder to balance because said trend is greatly limiting future iterations of all jobs, not just tanks.

Oh also, nerf WAR self-healing or if they can't, let WAR match healer dps since they act like healers anyways.
