An interesting post by Sasu today! The first half is just talking about lost items during the world merger, which has also been covered on the JP and English forums as well.

The second half, however, is new information regarding letting players still transfer to Ragnarok:

Ich habe außerdem noch eine weitere Information für euch: Wir möchten euch gerne die Möglichkeit bieten, nachträglich nach Ragnarok wechseln zu können. Bitte kontaktiert auch in diesem Fall unseren GM-Service, so dass wir euch in diesem Ausnahmefall assistieren können.
By the way, I also have some more information for you guys: We would like to offer you the option to still transfer to Ragnarok. In this case, please also contact our GM service so that we can assist you with this special circumstance.

Wir planen, alle Spieler, die uns vor dem 20. April kontaktieren, im Zeitraum der Veröffentlichung von Patch 1.22 zu transferieren.
We plan to transfer all players who contact us before April 20th around the time-frame of Patch 1.22.
(Chrees' note: Sorry, should've worded this better! What she means is that April 20th is the deadline for contacting a GM, and those players will be transferred around the time patch 1.22 hits. Sorry again for the confusion!)

Falls ihr aus irgendwelchen Gründen Probleme damit haben solltet, einen GM im Spiel zu kontaktieren, meldet es bitte so schnell wie möglich hier im Forum.
If for some reason you have any problems contacting a GM in-game, please report it as soon as possible here on the forums.
