Isn't it a bit victim blamey to say it's the person who got hacked's fault?I doubt there's anything you can do to fix the situation as this point since it seems the GMs consider the FC chest solely the FC leader's responsibility. In the future, the only way to try to prevent this from happening is using the one-time password app to make sure no one else can access your account and only give chest and promotion rights to characters who can be 100% trusted (also to protect their account).
