    this is the problem

    it is a very serious accusation and I believe SE would only act based on if they have evidence that proof beyond any reasonable doubt

    and any evidence provide by player would probably be "advice" at best, any action SE taken base on these will probably just out of "good gesture".

    some dev wont even do a roll back (I am looking at you NEXON)

    I understand that it hurt so bad when your account got hack and stolen, nothing i could say other than feel sorry for your lose

    but i m here trying to share my understanding of why SE only roll back the character
