Update: My friend tells me he can't get anything but automated messages and is unable to reach a GM despite being the victim.
What do we have to do to see a GM? Besides saying bad words in limsa.

either support desk report ,talk to GM's or go to customer support anything else i have no idea.
all of those options have been tried, only thing we can do is keep trying until it's taken so long that the theft falls off of the activity log and they don't accept our screenshots as they were taken too long ago![]()
Hopefully we'll get this sorted but the GM's are not making this easy. Starting to feel more resentment towards the support staff than the actual criminal.
