Honestly the AST proc sounds awful too. Unless there were changes to Lightspeed, I'm not sure why we would want it sooner.

That being said, it procing everytime guaranteed on a crit, along with Benefic II being a guaranteed CRIT at times is an example of great synergy with their kit. It all just works.
And the bad thing about this is, ASTs CD reduction is just something extra they were given. WHMs entire lily system is built off of this, and it synergizes horribly with our kit and playstyle.
It really shows that they either didn't care to develop anything for WHM, or they didn't have time to thoroughly think out a system for them.


And for goodness sake, can someone tell SE to revert the damn AST MP costs? Why in the HELL do they have lower MP costs for higher potency heals?
