Suggestion as to how to get people to become healers.

How would you hope they'd "do away" with it? You can't just remove Cleric Stance and damage spells, because then they would have nothing to do for most of the time...

I suppose they could disable damaging spells in group content. That said, I can't think of a more effective way to really rile the current healer playerbase up.
