Mentor Players Kicking newer players from Duty Ques for low DPS

I didn't twist your words, I simply quoted you and noted how you're basically doing the same thing as the mentors were doing. It's an act of hypocrisy.

No, I saw that you claim to know your role. Unfortunately, without having partied with you or anything, I cannot claim otherwise, so there was simply no need to address it. However, if you understand your role, you'd still know how [physical] DPS still need invigorate to perform to the best of their abilities. Sure, you can still perform and it might go unnoticed, but you're still going on just slipping on by with minimum effort for your class. Considering DPSing is your main role, you should at least vie for that one skill. Also, 10% extra damage every 80 seconds in a 15 minute dungeon (or longer) adds up. You know this, though, since you know your role.

I don't mind being called an elitist for advocating playing to the best of a class's ability. Please do not misunderstand, I am not looking down on a new player. People that know me know I enjoy helping and don't mind spending hours to help people. I just become very blunt when I start dealing with others that start to make excuses for what they do without at least considering what others are telling them.

No, we are not saying that. What we're saying is if you don't have your cross classes which in most classes is mandatory especaially by the time you're level 60, then you cannot be surprised you were kicked.

Here you are coming to the forums complaining about it and we're telling you exactly why it's a sizeable (not great) deal and why it's important to have these abilities which don't take a long time to get and instead of being humble and taking our advice, you're here getting all defensive about it. Sure the mentor could of been a damn mentor and tell you this instead of kicking you but the point still stands.
