I really don't like positionals as a combat mechanic. I think it's lazy and uninspired complexity for the sake of complexity. I'd much rather positional damage be related to encounter mechanics than combat mechanics. For example, hitting a giant turtle on it's back should do less damage. I dislike that they got a positional added to their rotation, albeit just the one. I also don't think any of their new skills seemed interesting enough to counter that, so imo it was a net deficit.
