New players then band together to do the content, not rely on the vets, took time for experienced players to get a group, this will never change for new players no matter what, there is no magic instant system to get a stable group.

Again why always refer back to new players, this is one of the worst constant excuses being made, the argument is in reference to bad players, not new.

You need to argue for players who have been in this game for some time and yet not good enough.
