I wish people could stop with that completely untrue statistic. Savage raids are cleared on content by about 15-25% of the active population. Even now, a mere week after the release of the Chaotic Alliance Raid, it has already been cleared by much more than "1%" of all characters, with bit of variance of "how much more" depending on your source, since people now can hide their lodestone.

High-end combat content is not a niche activity in FF14! Stop pretending it is!
