it all sounds so deliberately malicious. if se is the villain, i wonder why you keep playing the villain's game.
1) the fact that square buffed MP regen on aetherflow/energy drain and said it was because a lack of MP on SCH, same as giving MP to draw, they specifically said the mana economy of those two was broken and the jobs didn’t function because of it. they also changed old sleeve draw specifically because they said it didn’t work

2) not everyone wants the modern job design either but apparently we don’t get a choice

3) because these problems from ShB still haven’t been fixed

4) DT BLM is an example, the ShB healers are another, 4.2 WAR is another, 5.0 MCH, 7.0 MNK, it actually happens relatively often
