Maybe it'll have an effect on healer quality in savage/extreme PF because a lot of decade long healer mains have quit the role but I don't think most people expected the entire healer playerbase to die.
A strike to be effective would have required it to have an actual significant impact on gameplay for others, just like a real life strike when workers walk off a job.
While a tiny minority of healers have moved on to other jobs, I am still encountering TONS of healers in my server doing the story and queuing for group content. So no. You healer strike has not worked because it’s not had any effect on anyone. By very definition of what a strike’s purpose is is to stop productivity in protest. A minority of yall are being loud yeah, but even in my server when the “strike” gets mentioned it’s made fun of because we all still have plenty of healers running around…. In short far more than those “striking”
