Never anything to cleanse? There have been multiple level 90 dungeons where there is a doom or poision that has to be cleansed or someone dies. Dead ends is one, the Lunar Subterare is one. Are you one of those healers that lets someone drop and raise instead. To claim there is nothing to cleanse is false and my biggest complaint on the rare instance I DON'T go in on my healer is the number of healers that don't use Esuna and there is plenty that it will remove..... like doom, or paralyze, or whatever and instead choose to let the person affected drop because of it.

You are using examples from situations where people get a Doom from bad play. Nothing in the Dead Ends gives you Doom if you don't stand in mechanics. Use something like Dun Scaithe that actually applies it as a mechanic, or Exdeath. But even then, the vast majority of content does not.
