I'm not white-knighting the devs if that's what you're insinuating. I just think that everyone here hasn't quite considered all the facts and one of those being that the void left behind by the striking healers won't be so easily filled. So go enjoy your DPS jobs until it's time to queue for your first MSQ trial. I've played DPS the whole game (except for Savage raiding; but surely *this time* I won't have to switch to healer just to complete the tier in a reasonable amount of time, right? right?). The queue times are downright hurtful at times. I just hope you're all prepared to go from not enjoying the game because you don't like how a job is designed - to not enjoying the game because you literally can't play it while you wait for someone else to play that job you don't like.

It's easy to ignore a inconvenient truth if it makes doing something easier.... but it's foolish to ignore that truth if one isn't prepared to accept the natural consequences of ignoring said truth.

Your time is also their time cause you know they joined you in queue and run if you meet them.

Second, there is duty support for dungeons.
You can pf to trials and raids too if you dont like DF.

Lastly this isnt face to face protest also i doubt they mention to other healers join or else...
Also im pretty sure if it wasnt a big deal it wouldnt had recieved the buzz and other healers wouldnt have agreed on the core as most of them clearly understand why it being done.

Because even if SE continues to ignore the ex-healers, those healers at least get to go do something else fun instead. And if all the naysayers and anti-strikers want to step up and replace them, by all means nobody is stopping them, because it just insures said ex-healers experience no downside whatsoever to the strike while the supposed "gotcha" crowd has to do the thing they're sooooo sure is perfectly designed and fun.

Alright then, bluff has been called, and we fully expect this new batch of healers to do what they're told with zero complaints because they literally asked, nay, begged and bragged about taking over the role.

Basically if there will be healer missing issue the strike wins. If there isnt or you must change to healer and hate to be one, they still enjoy their new job so they still win.

Fixed. Their testing healer was replaced because they started learning Extreme and normal raid, not even savage.

I mean, they keep saying that they design healers to attract players who normally don't play healers. Maybe it's time for these mythical players to step up and play healers now. Surely they exist, right?

I think every healer in the strike is fully aware of that, they just don't care.
And if one of the dps/tank mains is switching to healer for faster queues then maybe they too will notice how awful the design of the role currently is.

Therein lies the rub. I don't think healer is poorly designed. I mained healer last expac because people quit playing healer and had a great time. I think the fights are poorly designed that the healer toolkit can be replaced by other jobs that have a capability for group heals. Also WAR nerf when? WAR heals are insane and they should stop. That's MY protest
