I was just in VC with a friendo and rambling about this earlier. We were (half) joking about wanting to create or join All Healer-PFs at least for MSQ dungeon/trial progression just because it'd be a nice gesture to refuse being a part of community service that is helping DF queue popping lmao.

I'm all for this kind of thing. I'm not a healer, but I can respect how the better/stronger your team is, the more boring healing is. The fact that everything going wrong is really the only enjoyment some healers get out of the game is a bit backwards imo. I only played a bit of healer, and even then, I quickly realized that most of the time I was casting my single damage spell over and over again, which would get very old over hundreds/thousands of hours.

I do wonder if it would be a good idea to have a few suggestions to WHAT you want changed added to the main post. More raid/party wide damage that HAS to be healed? Nerfs to tanks? Healers with more than one damage regular damage spell? etc.

That said, just saying "SE, we're not happy with healing now" can be enough sometimes, especially if queue times for regular content become much higher.

This is not one of those times, unfortunately. A good chunk of the healer playerbase been saying that for years at this point.

This "strike" wouldn't be a thing (or, at least, would have been less likely to be a thing) if SE had both paid attention to the Healer Forums and made some effort to communicate back their sense of what players were trying to say.

Those questions have been answered, many, many times over. The details change from moment to moment, but the same broad sentiments keep coming up, over and over again.

They're not dumb, they know how to corroborate information. They know which accounts play which role and if you keep buying expansions and paying subs, all they'll understand is that it isn't that big of an issue.

I'm just waiting for the zealots to starting harassing and decrying other healers as scabs and traitors if they refuse to join the strike, thereby leading to a sort of self correcting ban-wave.
