What this sounds like to me is that any JP player in support of the protest would have to do it in silence or while treading very carefully. I know they are already aware of ##FFXIVHEALERSTRIKE, so it makes one wonder how many of them there are and are rooting for its success.

My friend, I don't think you should give credence to people who are willing to spout the most heinous stuff about a whole country if you want your strike keep whatever goodwill it has left.
