"Young people" is a super broad category though. Like you can say a night club and a Jazz bar both serve the "nightlife" customers, but the target of audience and their own service are so different that it would make no sense on why one should try to court the others. Whenever someone to try to make a grand statement about such a broad category ... all I can say they're making a lot of assumption that often time just render the point moot.
