This stupid argument again, huh?

It's group content. You will not be able to consent to everything a player does to your character. You can get killed outright if the tank suddenly turned and the boss cleaves the whole party. It's a part of the proposed difficulty of the game and part of group play. So get outta here with your stupid "non consensual" game impact.

Is comparing rescue with griefing the best you can do?

Rescue is the only skill that has another player take control of someone's character away from them. Whether you accept it or not, it often negatively impacts people's experience of the game. And when that happens, well they're gonna voice criticism...
