It's group content. You will not be able to consent to everything a player does to your character. You can get killed outright if the tank suddenly turned and the boss cleaves the whole party (happens plenty of times in Titania normal) or God, they even force you to MOVE if they turn around, so you can hit your positionals! That's a DPS loss right there. How DARE the tank not stand in the same spot all fight!

It's a part of the proposed difficulty of the game and part of group play. So get outta here with your stupid "non consensual" game impact.
