    They're not helping the run go faster, they're being impatient. Unless they communicate and the tank is fine with it, it's just going to cause mess, especially if the tank paused for a few seconds to type or grab something. Both silent sprinting ahead then Rescuing/pulling and "you pull you tank" are toxic behavior. As a group, you either...

    a.) Kick the tank for difference of playstyle (majority want to go faster than the current pace the tank is willing to do)
    b.) Kick the dps/healer for disrupting the run when the majority are perfectly content with the current pace.

    Either way, it's a majority rules.

    Furthermore, it isn't as those trash mobs hit hard. A DPS picking up an extra three pack will barely put a dent in them, especially Melee. While you can argue it might be a little annoying if a DPS/Healer runs ahead, it's nowhere near as toxic as someone outright refusing to do their job because their ego was lightly bruised.
