    No, that is not the reason. The reason why you see people selling FC houses is because you can bypass the random timer. If private housing doesn't have a timer you'll see the same issue with private houses as well.

    The same rules still apply with the new wards, or anything that may open up in the wards that were there before. I'm...not really sure what you're trying to say here. The only difference is that they are releasing these new wards with immediate availability for everyone. All in all it changes nothing. Same system, different day.

    Easy? Not always. Doable for most people? Very much so. They just need to know how. Making gil isn't hard, just time consuming.

    Even the most casual of casuals with a busy schedule can make a fair amount of gil if they know what they're doing.

    You seem to have at tendency to whine about things that you know little about. First the dungeon speed now this. So I have zero crafting and gathering, and don't play much outside of raiding, and I have easily 170 miilion gil on my toons combined. That's enough to buy a medium or large.
