Disappointed that private individuals can purchase housing plots in 5.35

Limiting it to FCs only was not fine. The entire system isn't fine though, to be fair. However, I do think that with how often they add new wards (which isn't often at all) they should open these wards up to anyone and everyone with housing hopes and dreams. Granted, they will all be gone before most people can actually log in but the dream would still be alive until they did!

Finally, most private individuals already belong to an FC. They already enjoy the content that FC housing brings: such as gardening, airships, and decoration. Allowing them to get another house just for themselves is unfair to FCs who do not have a house yet.

Also, no, not everyone in an FC gets to enjoy that content. All of that stuff is usually limited to a small circle of friends at most.
