No one is disputing the Feng Shui. Everything in the game and lore book agrees with that. But having to stand North/South/East/West would be a terrible idea to add.

Positioning being relevant doesn’t mean you’re going to be standing in front of the boss, nobody is disputing that either.. It could refer to the Luopans position, or be akin to the positional requirements that some jobs do feature. Like, positioning in front of an enemy could easily be made to benefit you specifically during solo play. So, no denying that doesn’t hold up.

Though not yet mentioned by name, it’s worth noting that Luopan IS THE COMPASS.
