Meanwhile, most people are providing several reasons why they'd like savage content to be delayed by a few days.
"I want savage to be delayed because I dont want to feel pressured to do the thing I want to do over other things I want to do" or "I want savage to be delayed because I dont want to have to get all the day 1 stuff done on day 1" arent exactly compelling reasons.

Its like saying "I dont want new crafting recipes to be implemented until I have a week to gather the new mats so I dont have multiple things I want to do the second the server comes up with a new patch".

Why do raiders have to get singled out to choose between raiding behind the pressures of a weekly lockout, and experiencing everything else in a patch first before the community inevitably tries to spoil things for them beforehand?
Uh, they dont? Unless they're racing for world firsts, which is a trade-off they're consciously making, and something a whooooooooooooooole lot of people who raid arent actually doing.

Raiders participating in the world first race actually get to enjoy normal mode and use it to speculate and strategize savage.
Three reasons. I don't even raid until the weekend after the patch and I lose out because of the first point. Oh, this also wasn't the case for Edensgate, and nobody had an issue with it, why is the request a problem now?

This change means that normal mode is not a gate for savage, and can be enjoyed on it's own merits. Thats not a player problem, thats a game design problem.

    Lets see now:

Progression streamers being able to actually stream and promote normal mode content and primals right out of the gate
Progression raiders who's timezone or work hours don't align well with server up being pressured (for whatever reason, that hardly matters) to skip content.
High end FC crafters not being expected to forgo their own progression push to feed the raid team melded gear ASAP.

    Vs

The ignominy of Savage not unlocking immediately, be it 1 day or 1 week.

But yeah, you keep fighting the good fight.

As if 'It's your problem' is a compelling reason.
