The FF10 sets were never stated to be exclusive. Simply that you would get 1 of the sets for each livestream ticket you purchased.If it was being advertised as exclusive for one console and people went out to buy that console to play it. They have a damn right to complain and get mad about it, especially if they already had the other one.
It's really showing the blind brand loyalty when the players that obtained clearly marked as "exclusive" items are being attacked for complaining about them no longer being exclusive. They're not the ones at fault here, SE is.
If you don't want them keeping items locked away, complain at them to stop making exclusives in the first place. It's cut and dry fraud and false advertising, which is the entire issue here. This is how much they value you as a customer. They know your wallet was never going to close regardless of what they did.
