If it was being advertised as exclusive for one console and people went out to buy that console to play it. They have a damn right to complain and get mad about it, especially if they already had the other one.

The FF10 sets were never stated to be exclusive. Simply that you would get 1 of the sets for each livestream ticket you purchased.
