If you're familiar enough with the class you're looking at you don't need a parser to tell when someone is sandbagging it even if they're not playing poorly in an obvious way. Using the wrong moves, not landing positionals, casting the wrong spells, not using CDs, having too much MP, having too much TP, standing idle for long periods of time--these are all things that lead to subpar performance and they're all very easily observed with your eyes.

Wrong moves, Ya but basic rotation, tanks have 3 combos, for there primary rotations.
We are talking about Tanking. Outside of overpower what Positionals, What DPS spells, (I don't know anything about DRK at all),Sorry as a warrior MP not an issue. PLD Self cures and flash oo Not DPS... Having to much TP Means Your spamming overpower to much. Being AFK is being afk.

Saying that Gear > Skill in FF is wrong on so many levels.
Also War is great in SB, it's not weak at all when played properly. And another thing, reporting anyone who says you're not pulling your weight is a pretty childish behaviour, whether they use a parser or not, just saying.

It's not or people wouldn't be able to clear turn 9 still but GEAR is greater then > skill.
As soon as people over gear for content you get to skip phases of battle. This isn't skill this is gear being greater then content > skill.
