Another good example is the woman who was just fired because someone snapped a picture of her flipping off Trump's motorcade in spite of the fact that she was on her own time and the picture showed nothing connecting her to the company, nor did any of her social media profiles. The company still said it was "bad for their image" and terminated her anyway.

Slightly ironic in that she's the one who told her company about it. Since you can't see her face in the picture it's unlikely they would have been able to identify her if she hadn't said anything.

If you're familiar enough with the class you're looking at you don't need a parser to tell when someone is sandbagging it even if they're not playing poorly in an obvious way. Using the wrong moves, not landing positionals, casting the wrong spells, not using CDs, having too much MP, having too much TP, standing idle for long periods of time--these are all things that lead to subpar performance and they're all very easily observed with your eyes.
