Bloodspiller does not cost mana. Why is everyone spreading misinformation on that skill ?

Using Dark Arts on it. To obtain 520 potency, you need to DA Bloodspiller whereas Scourge was a free 500 potency provided it ticked for the full 30s. Thus, Bloodspiller costs mana to slightly pull ahead of Scourge.
