    we can't do it more than once every 60s base. (i think 48s if you have 3 Lillies? CRD. yay.) and you have to have a Lily to activate it and it eats all Lillies you have not just 1, I think Lustrate takes just 1 Aether stack, correct? the Media Play tests showed that it didn't light up unless you had a lily to use (and yes, i know it takes an Atherstack, but the point is, WHM can't full party, only single target)
